Picket line at Phoenix House, Leicester City Council

There was a very lively and determined picket line this morning outside Phoenix House, in Leicester, one of the offices run by Leicester City Council. Of the 51 staff based in the office, only a dozen had turned in to work - a much higher proportion striking than those who'd voted in the ballot. The pickets had clearly done their job effectively.
